Our client, a prominent healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Radiology Specialist to join their team under the supervision of experienced radiologists. This role is ideal for a dedicated medical professional looking to further develop their skills and expertise in radiology.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Diagnostic Imaging: Perform and interpret a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds, under the guidance of supervising radiologists.
  • Patient Care: Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Image Analysis: Analyze and interpret medical images to assist in diagnosing and managing patient conditions.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and present detailed reports on imaging findings, discussing results with the supervising radiologists and referring physicians.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the medical team, including physicians and specialists, to provide comprehensive patient care and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging results, adhering to established protocols and standards.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in radiology and imaging technologies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of imaging procedures, findings, and patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations..

WORKING CONDITION

  • Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Rotating Shifts (Day, Afternoon, Night).
  • Contract Period: Initial 2-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Family Contract: Includes candidate, spouse, and up to two children.

EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Medical School Graduation: Must be a graduate of a recognized medical school accredited by the Medical Council of the country of origin.
  2. Specialty Training: Must have completed specialty training in Radiology, with certification from either Tier 2 or Tier 3 qualifications as recognized by the SCFHS.
  3. Subspecialty: Any subspecialty qualification is considered an added advantage.
  4. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for Tier 3 qualifications, and from 0 to 5 years of professional experience post-certification for Tier 2 qualifications..

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary range of SAR 35000 – 50,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and clinical/surgical expertise.
  • Housing or housing allowance provided.
  • Transportation or transportation allowance provided.
  • Child education allowance covering up to two children aged 6 to 18 (if available and within Riyadh).
  • Annual air tickets for employee and authorized dependents.
